Facts:-
1) An adult tiger can consume up to 88 pounds of meat in one meal and often live with its mare or bury it to return and feed over days.
2) After a period of slightly more than three months, they give birth to two to three blind and helpless cubs. The woman is the sole provider for them until they reach independence at the age of two.
3) A tiger's hind legs are longer than his front legs, giving him the ability to leap forward 20 - 30 feet in one jump.
4) The Tigers have large, padded, legs that quietly stagger their prey for them.
5) Despite weighing hundreds of kilograms - up to 500 pounds - tigers can reach top speeds of 49 to 65 kilometers per hour (35 to 40 mph). They can maintain this speed only at short distances.

Food:-
Tigers mainly eat amber deer, wild boar, water buffalo, and antelope. Tigers are also known to hunt dull bears, dogs, leopards, crocodiles, and pythons as well as monkeys and rabbits. Old and injured tigers are known to attack humans and domestic cattle.

It is a pigmentation form of the Bengal tiger, which is periodically reported wild in the Sundarbans region of the Indian states of Madhya Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar and especially the former states of Rewa. A tiger has the distinctive black stripes of the Bengal tiger but has a white or near-white coat. A white tiger can only be obtained when two Bengal tigers carry a recurring gene for white color. White tigers, especially between the male tiger and its offspring, are the result of ingestion. As a result of inbreeding, many white tigers suffer from health and genetic problems such as Down syndrome, cleft palate, scoliosis, mental retardation, and crossed eyes. Variation: The pigment is a white fur caused by a deficiency of Phloemenin, which is found in Bengal tigers with orange-colored fur. Compared to Bengal tigers, white Bengal tigers are faster and heavier than orange Bengal tigers.  White tigers are very po...
